    YIZKOR BOOK

    Our yearly Memorial Remembrance Book will include the names of your loved ones to make services more meaningful.

    • Click here to complete the form online by Friday, August 1, 2025. Forms can also be printed and hand-delivered or mailed to the OVS office.
    • Please list ONLY the names of immediate family members: deceased grandparent, parent, spouse, sibling, or child (in first name, last name format).
    • Indicate the amount of your donation in the space provided, and enclose your check. We hope you’ll consider donating $36 for the first name and $18 for each additional name. The sages comment that the world stands on three foundations – Torah, Worship and Good Deeds, especially Charity. Please consider remembering your loved ones with a contribution to our Keilah.
    • Return form no later than Friday, August 1, 2025. It is important that you complete this form each year so your relatives are entered on the 2025/5786 Yizkor List. Names from prior years are NOT automatically listed.


    ANNUAL MITZVOT CELEBRATION

    Sunday, August 24 from 5:00 – 7:00 pm

    New This Year:

    • ALL Mitzvot will be assigned to honor significant events in the lives of OVS members such as a milestone birthday, wedding anniversary, retirement, the recent passing of a loved one, etc.
    • You can honor a specific person by acquiring an HONOR THEM NOW MITZVAH
    • The Mitzvot Celebration Team will accept and review nominations from OVS members for remaining Mitzvot. Nominations will be accepted beginning on August 1 through the Celebration on August 24.
