Singing at the Foot of the Mountain

Prepare for Shavuot in song! Join Hadar’s Rabbi Deborah Sacks Mintz and local musicians for an immersive, participatory musical experience. As we move through these final days of the Omer, we’ll ready ourselves for the ascent to Sinai and the receiving of Torah through the connective power of collective harmony and meditative, spiritual song.

Doors open at 7:00 pm, Singing starts at 7:30 pm.

Led by Rabbi Deborah Sacks Mintz

An educator and practitioner of Jewish communal music, Rabbi Deborah Sacks Mintz supports those who seek a deepened practice of empowered prayer and song. A celebrated composer, vocalist, and multi-instrumentalist, Deborah has collaborated on over two dozen records with a diverse array of voices in the Jewish soundscape, including her own albums: The Narrow and the Expanse (2020) Yetzira (2023) and Songs from the Beit Midrash (2026). Therapy Services are for people of all ages and from all walks of life. We provide guidance and support for children, adolescents, adults, older adults, couples and families. We offer both individual and group therapies across a broad spectrum of issues – from divorce and bereavement to anxiety and depression. Our goal is to support and enhance the emotional well-being of our clients as they navigate life’s challenges.
