It was wonderful to see so many of our members in attendance on Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur.

The inspiring words from Rabbi Kassorla, the beautiful melodies from Chazan Rabbi Sultan, and the enthusiastic participation in singing, combined to deliver meaningful and memorable experiences.
Thank you to the High Holydays committee, OVS staff, volunteers and teachers, who devoted their time to planning and staffing the services and events, and brought our congregation together for the holiest time of the year.  I had the opportunity to speak to so many in the congregation over the course of the High Holidays, but if our paths didn’t cross, I’d like to take this opportunity to say “Shana Tova,” “G’mar Chatimah Tova” and “Tizku L’Shanim Rabot.”

I invite you to join us in the OVS Sukkah - whether on Shabbat Chol HaMoed or during Sukkot programming.

Services are planned for the first and second days of Sukkot, Shenini Atzeret, and Simchat Torah.
Please join us as often as you can. We can always use more dancers and strong singing voices for Simchat Torah!

Shabbat Shalom,

Michael Bouhadana

OVS President
