Guidelines:

1. Pre-registration via the OVS website for attending the Shabbat dinner is required (link will be on the OVS website and in the weekly e-blast). We will have a 15-family maximum for registration to eat in the parking lot. Additional shabbat dinners in a box will be available for members to pick up earlier in the day (also requested via the registration page). NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE WITHOUT HAVING REGISTERED IN ADVANCE.

2. Those attending in person will participate in Kabbalat Shabbat from the comfort of their cars parked in the front of the parking lot (Handicapped Parking spots) via FM transmitter.

3. Face masks covering one’s nose and mouth must be worn at all times except when in your own car or eating and drinking at your household's dinner table. Disposable masks will be available for anyone who does not have one.

4. Upon arrival, you will be screened and asked:
a. Have you been out of the state/country in the past 14 days? If so, you will not be allowed to enter and asked to return after being back in the State of Georgia for at least 14 days.

b. Have you had a fever in the past 24 hours? If so, you will be asked to go home. You should be fever free for a minimum of 24 hours before attending any function at OVS.
c.
Temperature checks on all - those with temps>100 degrees will not be allowed to remain and recommended to contact their primary care physician and get tested for COVID-19. Our utmost duty is to Pikuach Nefesh, saving a life. This measure will help us safeguard our community.
d. If anyone answers no to the questions above or has a temperature greater than 100 degrees, they will be given their boxed dinner to go and asked to leave the premises.

5. Tables will be set up in the back parking lot, and each household's boxed dinner will be pre-set on their assigned table at the conclusion of services. Each household will sit at its own table.

6. The tables will be positioned with careful calculations to ensure proper distancing, and the exact number of chairs for the household (as listed in the registration) will be pre-set. Please do not move any tables or chairs. All children 13 years of age and under must remain with a parent at all times. Physical distancing rules will be strictly enforced, especially for children. Those who are unable to maintain physical distancing will be asked to take their boxed dinner home with them.

7. We will be limiting restroom usage to one person at a time. A hand sanitizer station is currently set- up immediately outside the restroom for use before and after using the restroom, and there will be hand sanitizer stations on your way to and from the restroom.

Our guidelines will continue to evolve based on the most current guidance from the CDC and local medical professionals. We thank all of our members and guests for their adherence to these and any additional guidelines that are enacted over time as we continue to evolve in our response to COVID-19.
