At Congregation Or Veshalom, lifelong learning is a core value that enriches our community and deepens our connection to Jewish life. Our Adult Education programs offer a wide range of opportunities to explore Jewish texts, history, culture, and contemporary issues in a welcoming and intellectually engaging environment. Whether you’re joining a weekly Torah study, attending a guest lecture, participating in a Hebrew language class, or exploring Jewish ethics and philosophy, there’s something for everyone—no prior knowledge required. Adult Hebrew
Learn to read Hebrew with Education Director, Chana Mayer. Each participant will receive an informal evaluation with Chana by phone. Class will begin at a level appropriate for group.
The first class will be held in person at OVS.
